This work was written for the students attending the Carole Sutherland Saxophone Course, 27th - 28th September 2008, at Lyth Arts Centre, Caithness. A rhythmic, melodic educational work that is also suitable for all saxophone ensembles.

The standard of the parts are as follows :

• Alto saxophone 1 : grade 7
• Alto saxophone 2 : grade 4
• Alto saxophone 3 : grade 4
• Alto saxophone 4 : grade 2
• Tenor saxophone 1 : grade 5
• Tenor saxophone 2 : grade 2
• Baritone saxophone : grade 4
